Do you want to know the best ways to get rid of acne. Read on….

STOP! Do not touch your spots or fiddle around with them. I would recommend that you read Acne No More. This guide will teach you how to see results in 7 days and permanently stop acne.

There is a well known saying that applies to acne – Prevention is better than the Cure!

Ensure that you use a facial wash on your face. There is many facial wash products available at chemists/pharmacies or supermarkets for a relatively low price. Soap will dry you skin out. Use a soft sponge to wash your face, not a hard sponge or scrub. This will be sore and irritate your skin even more. Never use any product that have alcohol based substances in them. Another good tip is that ensure you have a good diet – plenty fruit and vegetables. Keep hydrated. Drink plenty fluids. To keep yourself hydrated. It is recommend that everybody drinks 3 litres of water a day.

It is easier said than done but try not touch your face. By putting your hands on your face then you are transferring dirt onto your face. Bacteria is found on many everyday items. For example, money, doors, cell phones, walls, etc.

You should wash your hands whenever possible. You can also use a hand sanitizer that you can carry around with you and use whenever required. I work in a hospital and within my work environment, it is drilled into us that hand washing is vitally important to patient care. This rule applies to you and your acne problem.

Change your bed sheets as often as you can. This is because the bacteria and dirt is transferred onto your bed and thrives in this environment. Have a look around home and the spaces that you can keep clean and dust free. Ultimately this will help you in your battle against acne.

No matter how itchy or irritable it can be. Do Not pop the spots on your face. This will cause acne scarring and make leave you with more troubles. Keep your face clean.

A Must Have for Any Piercing, April 26, 2010

Jen A. V. (New York City, USA) –

From the perspective of a very experienced piercee: My only experience with this product has been on my piercings. Years ago when my best friend and I got our navels pierced, this was the product that the tattoo parlor sold to clean our new piercings. Neither of us had ever used it before so we were not sure what to expect. I cannot tell you how much of an impact it played on the healing process. Our navels were healed months earlier than the estimated healing time period (8 months – 1 year I was told when I got it done) and we have never had a problem with our navels whatsoever. It is so sanitary because it is in a concealed can and very easy to use. We had friends with navel piercings whose navels were red and sore for weeks, but the soreness and redness for us diminished within seven to ten days.

When I got my cartilage done on both sides of my upper ears, the place (a different one) did not have H2Ocean and I thus used a different cleanser that I had used once before with minimal problems. One ear was okay, but the other ear was not (it ended up being because the piercer did not give enough room between the backing of the earring and my ear for normal swelling). Days after being pierced, it was hot to the touch, extremely swollen, abnormally painful, I had a low grade fever, and the next step was for my ear to secrete infected discharge. It was the weekend so I planned on going to the doctor that Monday, but in the meantime ran out and purchased H2Ocean after remembering my great experience with my navel hoping it would make things a little better. It did more than that. After one application, it immediately cooled my bad ear and by the end of the day the ear was less red, was cool to the touch, and the swelling went down almost completely. Twenty-four hours later, there was absolutely no swelling, pain, or redness and it looked like my other non-problematic ear. However, I even noticed a difference in that one! It showed actual signs of good healing and loosened normal discharge (the clear, pale yellow kind) that had solidified unlike the cheaper cleaner. Best of all with this experience with my cartilage, I did not need to go to my doctor after all!

DISCLAIMER: While I highly recommend this product due to its ability to heal piercings successfully, prevent/rid infections and keloids, and believe that it is the best cleaner for piercings on the market, there are couple of things people need to remember about piercings. Never clean more than directed – your body needs to take part in the healing process as well. Sometimes no matter which cleaner you use whether it be H2Ocean or something else, sometimes your body is more prone to reject piercings more than others, especially if you have a compromised immune system. Also, sometimes your body rejects the piercings no matter what you use due to sensitivity/allergy to the type of metal used in your piercing. If you are not sure whether or not this cleaner is helping to clear up your infection (or you are really uncertain if you even have an infection or not), do NOT remove the jewelry (it will close up and seal in the infection, winning you a possible stay in the hospital with an IV drip) and consult an experienced piercer and a physician immediately. If your infection is really advanced (please never let it get to that point), H2O Ocean may not be able to clear it up all by itself – it’s a phenomenal cleaner, not an antibiotic.

No more antibiotics!, August 15, 2006

This review is from: H2Ocean 4 Ounce Purified Ocean Salt Water Piercing Aftercare Spray (Misc.)

Two years after I had my cartilage pierced it was STILL red & swollen with an ugly bump that wouldn’t go away! I finally asked my doctor what to do; he gave me an antibiotic ointment. That made it worse!! My friend suggested H2Ocean. After 3 DAYS my ear was completely healed! No more bump, no more swelling. I love this product and recommend it to everyone. I probably don’t even need it anymore but I still use it once a week, just because it feels good.
Oh! It also helps get rid of acne! I read that in an amazon review, so I tried it and it works!!
